Your First Visit: What to Expect

Walking into a new dental office can feel uncertain, especially if it has been a while. We designed the first visit to be calm, unhurried, and genuinely welcoming, so you can settle in and feel cared for from the moment you arrive.

When you arrive, you will be greeted and shown around. We will go over your health history together and ask what brings you in, what has worked for you in the past, and anything that makes you anxious. None of this is rushed.

Next comes a gentle exam. Depending on your needs, we may take digital images, which are quick and comfortable. We use these to show you what we see, on screen, in plain language. You are part of the conversation the whole way through.

From there we agree on a plan together. If treatment is needed, we explain your options, the order that makes sense, and what each step involves. There is never pressure, and you are free to take the plan home and think it over.

If you would like to book your first visit, we would be glad to welcome you. New patients, families, and referrals are always welcome.
